The Bridgeview Ice Arena (former Saints Spectrum) has
decided "not" to reopen this fall. A few ISHL teams were
affected and are now in need of some practice ice slots in
the south suburbs because of this closure.
Any club or persons with information about any possible
ice slots (in the south suburbs) please call George Hayes.

Dion Carr was the Hornet player that attended our Varsity All-Star
game this season. At a point in the game, a player on the ice broke
his stick. Dion approached me when this happened and told me that
the Hornets players make their sticks out of broken sticks.
If you would check with your players and gather any broken sticks
they may have (shafts only, no blades) and bring them to the next
ISHL meeting, we will gladly see that they get to the Hornets.
It’s a great way to help support some great kids and a great program.
